Our Services

At Elizabeth UMC, our prayer and hope is to offer a place where you can experience God's love. Our Worship service at 11:00 am. on Sundays provide a blended service. You can dress up or come as you are.  We begin with a greeting, prayer, some announcements and prayer request, the Choir sings a selection and then there is Children's moments where Pastor Teresa will share something about the days sermon topic with her little friend :Ellie" the Racoon. Ellie usually has a small prize for the children. The Message is focused on Christ with scripture reaffirming the message presented and the vital role of the Holy Spirit in a believers life. Sermons will NOT be political. Pastor Teresa creates the scene for her messages with various props and offers a handout every service to help people remember the message. During LENT, we offer a Midweek services on Wednesday evenings along with a soup supper. During Advent we offer Sunday evening services with the first service as a "Blue Christmas" service for those who are having a difficult time missing a loved one.
